Service Description
A one-to-one session that includes assessment, counseling and tailoring of a personalized program of Yoga Therapy specifically tailored to help you manage the symptoms and suffering related to depression, anxiety and trauma. Sessions provide provide a safe, compassionate and loving space to explore yoga poses, breath work, meditation and more to inspire ease in the body, mindfulness and even joy! Guidance for personal practice included for those that work in ongoing program. As you gain deep relaxation and rejuvenation, the body-mind is in able to better explore, discover, process and resolve deep rooted causes of recurring emotional pain and stress, and maintain balance and composure to reduce your triggers and reactivity.
Cancellation Policy
Unexpected things happen in life, so I will always try to be flexible and accommodating when these may result in the need to cancel a service you've booked. Of course, my time is my living, so I also ask that you be respectful of that. The system only allows me to set one default policy, which I have done. It will allow you to cancel or reschedule any booking up to 24 hours prior. I do ask that you follow these guidelines below for Yoga Nidra Journeys and Yoga Therapy Experiences. Private Yoga Therapy. 24 hours in advance. Yoga Nidra Journeys. These require extensive preparation and planning, cancellations are at least 5 days prior to the start date. Once the Journey has begun, if you cancel I can give you credits to join again on the next Journey. Therapeutic Yoga Experiences. For live participants, these involve extra work & costs based on the number of attendees, so cancellation are at least 5 days prior to the date. For virtual participants, cancellations can be done any time prior to the start of the event.
