I’m a Professional Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Bringer of Joy to family and friends.  My focus is teaching the ancient insights of yoga with evidence-based protocols to relieve pain, reduce stress and cultivate ease in the body.  I teach with authenticity and accessibility creating an inclusive, brave space for clients and students to explore sensations, feelings, emotions, and connection to their own inner source of healing and wisdom.

I had been “doing” yoga for years but finally made the commitment to attend regular classes at my home studio - Heart of the Village Yoga in Manchester, Vermont.  My mind, body, and spirit soared and I found myself feeling more emotionally balanced with yoga despite serious knee issues.  Yoga helped relieve my own pain and suffering plus connect with my community.  I was inspired to become a Certified Yoga Therapist and help others cultivate calm, balance and even joy through the therapeutic tools of yoga.

My passions include all things Kripalu, studying and sharing transformational healing practices, being connected to nature and community, beach walks at sunset, and cuddles with my sweet doodle - Daisy.  I also love inspirational adventures with my husband, Geoff, and hanging out with our three amazing kids.  Born & raised at the beach I am a water girl who loves sunshine and waves.  Funny thing is I live in Vermont!

Practice with me every Saturday at 11:00 AM this summer in the Yoga Barn at Seesaw's Lodge in picturesque Peru, Vermont.   Enjoy an inspiring Gentle Kripalu Flow practice infused with refreshing mountain air and gorgeous views of the Green Mountains.   After practice, grab coffee and refreshments at the lounge by the pond to complete the experience.
