7 soul nourishing days in Aljezur Portugal at the luxurious Praia do Canal nature reatreat. immersed within the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Nature Park. Â This retreat will feature a full curated program of restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness beach walks, therapeutic yoga practices and much more. Â Includes lodging, most meals and both organized events and free time to soak in the beauty and rich cultural history of the area along with serene sunsets.
To take our retreat to the next level, we are partnering with Beyond Wellness Aljezur guided by Eileen M. Lafer, PhD, C-IAYT, E-RYT500.    Where Yoga Meets Science will be integrated into our journey, drawing from her  experiences as a research scientist, university professor, and professional yoga therapist to create evidence-based practices that  empower her clients towards better health and wellness.
